Ministry of Environmental Protection issued new leather and fur processing industrial water pollutant discharge standards(GB 30486-2013) in 2013. The Environmental Protection Office and the letter of the Commission of Zhejiang Province formulated the leather industry and other heavy polluting industries to enhance regulatory remediatio n program: Requires fur products processing enterprises displacement not exceeding 70 m3/t raw hides. In order to achieve the wastewater discharge standards and water reuse, companies must upgrade the wastewater treatment process. The effect of pure dye decolored by chlorine dioxide is good. While it is not ideal for fur wastewater decolorization contains large amounts of dye auxiliaries. So studying the effect of additives on chlorine dioxide decolorization degradation behavior characteristics and laws for the fur wastewater treatment and reuse has an important practical significance.Acidic fur Blue R, fur light blue L-BE, fur Black TM and fur yellow brown F-BW are the experimental objects. This topic research on the optimum conditions of the fourth dye wastewater decolored by chlorine dioxide and the effect of leveling agent LA, fatliquoring agent DTLS and formic acid on the acid ic fur blue R dyeing wastewater decolorization. Finally, the effect of the concentration of PAC on the removal of the color and the removal of CODCr was researched.Research results showed that under the conditions of p H at 9, the effective chlorine 53mg/L, reaction time 15 min, acidic fur Blue R dyeing wastewater decolorization rate was 92%;under the conditions of p H at 9, the effective chlorine 107mg/L, reaction time 30 min, fur light blue L-BE dyeing wastewater decolorization rate was 95.5%;under the conditions of p H at 9, the effective chlorine 53mg/L, reaction time 45 min, fur Black TM dyeing wastewater decolorization rate was 93%;under the conditions of p H at 9, the effective chlorine 27mg/L, reaction time 5min, fur yellow brown F-BW dyeing wastewater decolorization rate was 68%.Leveling agent, fatliquoring agent and formic acid have inhibitory effect for the decolorization of chlorine dioxide, and the inhibitory effect are sequentially weaken, in which the effects of formic acid are very small. It has superimposed effect when dosing leveling agent, fatliquor mixed with formic acid. After treatment by chlorine dioxide,we add 720 mg/L of PAC and 50 mg/L of PAM to the acid fur blue R dyeing wastewater, wastewater color is 13 times, CODCr is 301 mg/L, at this point, the color and CODCr can meet the requirements of return(the color less than 16 times, CODCr less than 700mg/L).
