This paper points to heavy type CNC hobbing machine table structure optimization design,and puts forward a fast and efficient design method of machine tool.With the rapid development of manufacturing industry,the quality of industrial products and precision demand is higher and higher,the precision of the machine tool for processing product requirement also is increasing day by day,especially for the quality of the CNC heavy duty machine tools and precision is higher and higher,the traditional machine tool structure design mainly adopts the method of analogy or with many years of experience,obviously,improve the work performance of heavy machine tool structure dynamic characteristics,efficiency,stability and reliability has become one of the important research topic in the field of machine tool design.Taking YKQ31300 type CNC hobbing machine table as the research object,to optimize the design of table structure and size as the research target,with finite element static analysis and modal analysis of the related theory as the foundation,first analyzed the basic theory of hydrostatic guideway and oil supply system selection principle,the technical indexes of type YKQ31300 type CNC hobbing machine workbench,completed the closed hydrostatic linear guide and closed hydrostatic guideway design;Re.established table equivalent mechanics model of the internal structure of stiffened plate,and by using the Solidworks new geometric model of table stiffened plate structure finite element analysis;Meshing in ANSYS table after geometric constraints,load and boundary conditions,and carries on the static analysis and modal analysis.Finally in ANSYS to optimize the overall structure of the workbench,on the basis of the introduction of the concept of structure,the table of the unit and steel reinforcement frames structure parameters for dynamic variables optimization,so as to get the ideal table steel lattice structure.Through the design and research,to complete the table hydrostatic guideway structure design,the structure of the table and size optimization design,improve the structure of the table rigidity and dynamic performance,and reduce the quality of the workbench.The research for heavy duty NC machine tools and other components of the structure of the optimization design improvement provides a feasible method,has a certain reference value.
