Corrugated steel structure has good durability, high efficiency, environmental protection and other practical advantages, which is extremely broad applied in today when the civil construction industry has the rapid development. At present, the study of this field are often focused on corrugated pipe culverts in road construction, but for the mechanical properties of this process and the corrugated steel forming analysis is not perfect. In our country, only Shandong, Zhuhai and other factories using rolling bellows-type machine to product bellows, with the production experience and other means to debug problems appear in the forming process corrugated pipe. No theoretical study for the forming principle of the bellows machine and the changes of the mechanical properties in the forming process of the steel, and failed to form a theory of comparative systems forming corrugated board.In this article, used a plane model diagram to analysis its multi-channel forming process briefly, based on the characteristics of the geometry of corrugated steel. Analysis and study the mechanical properties of the plastic deformation of its shape every time, the actual location of the neutral layer of corrugated steel sheets and steel roller after part of the roll-bending deformation of pressure during the forming process etc, and summarized the theory part formula. In addition, researched and analyzed of the impact of each thickness, width and other parameters of the forming process of steel on this basis. Comparatived and analysied the effects of the position of the neutral layers of different thickness corrugated board, different thickness, width of the corrugated board for plastic deformation. And conclude the impact of each parameter shaped differently through a comparative analysis. Finally, Though Solid Works modeling, and use one of the Simulation tool to verify the reasonableness of the pressure roller, and analyzed the forming reasonable feasibility of other factors.In addition, analyzed the main impact performance parameters of the forming process such as the thickness, width, and shape selection of the corrugated board, and the rationality and feasibility for works of the corrugated board machine.Based on the mechanical properties of corrugated steel forming process and rational analysis, summarized the domestic and foreign design theory and methods, and complexed the mechanical properties of corrugated board.Propose the relevant formulas and methods of the associated deformation and the neutral layer in the forming process of the corrugated steel and the corrugated pipe. Reach conclusion the function realitionship of the deformation and the bending angle, neutral layer, plate thickness. And sum the size of the roll pressure in the forming process of the corrugated plate according to the approximate calculation. Results of this study can ripple provision of steel design, mechanical analysis and other related theoretical basis, reducing the unnecessary costs and errors of the production and the construction process.
