| Aiming at the correcting disadvantages of covering large floor space and having difficulty in adjusting length of stroke and frequency of stroke, and also at meeting the actual production needs of mines, the new three-layer suspending table concentrator is designed by using modern design techniques.(1) Gathering the structure and characteristic of table concentrator from home and broad, adopting the working principle of The more eccentric Inertial swing mechanism as new table concentrator, using glass fiber reinforced bed surface to replace other1kinds materials of bed surface, the three-layer bed surface structure is chosen to be designed as needed table concentrator. According to the structural features and size requirements, reasonable structural concepts of components and parts and relevant structural parameters of the overall unit are chosen to conduct the project design and parameter calculation and the Solidworks soft is used to do three-dimensional modeling design and dimensional engineering drawing of components of the table concentrator.(2)Set up the more eccentric Inertial swing mechanism mathematical modeling and analyze the parameter of movement rules to elicit the parameters which influence kinematic features of the table concentrator to get the parameters of bedside, such as C value, Kt value, differential motion parameter value El and offset distance ratio M, etc. Select different offset distance ratio like4,5, and6to calculate each the bedside parameter value at different offset distance ratio and analyze by instance analysis.We will arrive at that C value increases with the enlargement of ratio M,that El value decreases with the enlargement of ratio M and that Kt value increases first and then decreases with the enlargement of ratio M. To ensure the El value is large enough and at the same time give consideration to other parameter values,it will come out that it is the most suitable when ration M is5or6, so we will choose6as ration M during the process of designing and proceed structure designing and calculating with the balancing weight to get the parameter of it.(3)Use ADAMS software to proceed with kinematical simulation of simplified modeling of the new three-layer suspending table concentrator. The kinematic simulation will result in different displacements, velocities and acceleration curves under different length of stroke and different frequency of stroke. And also the results of same frequency of stroke, different length of stroke or the same length of stroke, different frequency of stroke will be obtained. By analyzing we will get that length of stroke of the table concentrator is irrelevant to frequency of stroke, that length of stroke changes as the corresponding balancing weight changes and that when the frequency of stroke and length of stroke are greater, their maximum speed and acceleration will also increase and vice versa. We will come to the conclusion that we should combine and use length of stroke and frequency of stroke when dealing with different mineral aggregates. We should adopt larger length of stroke and lower frequency of stroke when dealing with coarse grain mineral aggregate and adopt smaller length of stroke and higher frequency of stroke when dealing with granule grain mineral aggregate.(4) We devise to install a variable-frequence governor on the table concentrator to solve the problem of fussily adjusting the frequency of stroke of the table concentrator. After calculating, we will choose the Siemens series models of variable-frequence governors and proceed electric connection and parameter setting with the chosen frequency converter combining the characters of the table concentrators.At present, the processing, manufacturing and assembling of the table concentrator components are basically finished and it is under the process of test running. |
