Along with the economy developing rapidly and the improvement of people’s living standard, the demand of furniture products is continually increasing, and so is the sawing equipment. To adapt the economy situation, which is developing to Environment-friendly and Resource-saving, the method that combined the optimized design method with CAE Computer Aided Engineering) technique were used to design push table saw. It could reduce the materials consume during the process of manufacturing the sliding table saw to achieve the target of saving resource and reducing the costAccording to the general design requirements of woodworking machine tool and the function requirements of sliding table saw, it had designed the overall structure of the sliding table saw; calculated the cutting force and cutting power of the cutting system and designed the structure of the cutting system; analyzed the operational principle of the angle mechanism, and designed its structure. The ADAMS software was used to analyses the motion situation of angle mechanism, and to testify connecting rod length of the angle mechanism.According to the stress characteristics of the sliding table saw and the working stiffness requirement, design variables and constraint conditions was defined, and the optimized mathematical model was established. The MATLAB software was used to get the optimum solution of the mathematic model. This method could determine optimization processing way of the bed to get the optimized bed structure.It had used the finite element analysis software analyzing the optimized bed structure in statics and dynamics to get the stress diagram, maximum deformation displacement, displacement response curve and stress response curve of the optimized bed structure, and testified whether the optimized bed structure could fulfill working requirement of the sliding table saw through the analysis of frequency of maximum stress and maximum deformation in the frequency response. The fuzzy evaluation method and the chromatography analysis software Yaahp is to evaluate green indicators of the optimized bed.In this paper, the green evaluation method is firstly proposed in the optimization design of the sliding table saw. It could save materials and reduce the cost through the method of optimized the structure of sliding table saw’s bed. And it may provide a new design idea and method for the woodworking machine tool manufacturing industry...
