Research On Urban Competitiveness And Urban Ecological Environment

In the environment of economic globalization, the city is the "engine" ofregional economic development, On the one hand, cities need to vigorouslydevelop resources to develop the economy to improve urbancompetitiveness, and in solving the urban ecological environment,cities arefacing the great pressure.These two aspects can be said to be a big problemin today’s world, each city must face and should not be avoided.Ecologicaltrend of the economy make environment problem is no longer such a simpleproblem of environmental pollution, it’s a matter of a region’scomprehensive competitiveness.How to understand the relationshipbetween ecological environment and urban competitiveness is the key torealize urban ecological civilization and sustainabledevelopment.Ecological environment quality has a different meaning fordifferent levels of competitiveness of city, urban ecological environmentalquality as an important factors which affect the urban competitiveness.Toexplore effect mechanism between the urban ecological environment andurban competitiveness, analyses the inner link between the two is a hottopic, this paper’s research is based on the above background.Research of the relationship between urban ecological environmentand urban competitiveness, and the coordinated development problems ofurban competitiveness and the ecological environment construction, thenputs forward solutions and countermeasures is the theme and purpose ofthis paper studies. include four parts:(1) In this paper, reviews the researchon the basis of the domestic and foreign urban competitiveness, urbanecological environment related theory, then put forward to combine with theurban competitiveness and ecological environment to studied.Based on thereference at home and abroad a lot of city competitiveness and urbanecological environment evaluation index system, the analysis of theGuiyang urban competitiveness and urban ecological environmentdevelopment present situation, combined with the actual situation ofGuiyang, The author builded Guiyang city competitiveness and Guiyangecological environment evaluation index system.The city competitiveness isdivided into three subsystems, include the social competitiveness, economiccompetitiveness and ecological environmental competitiveness,Carefullyselected45index variables for analysis.(2)Using the statistical software SPSS20.0and the factor analysis method.The empirical analysis of guiyangcity competitiveness and ecological environment, reveals the internalinfluence mechanism. After the factor analysis of the data that Guiyang45variable index from2000to2012,we obtain urban competitiveness scoreand urban ecological environment comprehensive score, and then use urbanecological environment as the independent variable, urban competitivenessas the dependent variable, then mathematical model is constructed on thecurve fitting.(3)With the perspective of game theory,analysis of the gamebehavior and conflicts of interest in the construction of urban ecologicalenvironment.The authors concluded that in order to reach equilibrium ofcooperation, the government’s regulation and to participate in the play a keyrole.(4)Finally, put forward countermeasures and Suggestions of theconstruction of Guiyang city ecological environment that in order toimprove the urban competitiveness, summarizes the deficiency and researchachievements in the study, and looking forward to which need to improvein the future.This article has three innovations:(1)The innovation of the subjectmatters: The research results that domestic and foreign research on therelation between urban competitiveness and urban ecological environmentand the ecological environment to explore the urban ecological environmentare very few，if any, is also more patchy, partial, and no quantitativeanalysis;(2)Try to build a mathematical model of urban competitiveness andurban ecological environment, using quantitative analysis of mathematicalthinking methods to study the correlation between urban competitivenessand urban ecological environment;(3)Introducing the game theory toanalysis of Guiyang urban ecological environment construction.
