Economic construction,political construction,cultural construction,social construction and ecological civilization construction are the overall layout of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The development of ecological civilization is the new demand of human progress.The construction industry is one of the pillar industries of the country,and it is also an industry with high energy consumption and pollution.It is very unfavorable to the construction of ecological civilization in China.The number of construction enterprises accounts for more than 70% of the construction enterprises and the total output value accounts for more than 80%.Based on this,in this study,the ecological environment protection is integrated into the competitiveness of enterprises,and the evaluation of ecological competitiveness of construction enterprises is studied in order to realize enterprise ecological development,improve the ecological competitiveness of construction enterprises and the level of ecological civilization construction in construction industry.First,this study points out the theoretical basis of the research on ecological competitiveness of construction enterprises,including ecological economics,circular economy,low-carbon economics,green economics and sustainable development theory.Combining with the relevant research on enterprise ecological competitiveness,this paper summarizes the connotation of enterprise ecological competitiveness,and sums up enterprises according to the two major management characteristics of enterprise management and project construction of construction enterprises.The connotation of industry ecological management competitiveness and project ecological construction competitiveness enriches the content of enterprise competitiveness theoretically and enriches the research of construction enterprise competitiveness.Second,this study constructed the evaluation index system of ecological competitiveness of construction enterprises,and analyzed the index.Based on the analysis of the common methods of enterprise competitiveness,combined with the characteristics of the evaluation index of ecological competitiveness of construction enterprises,this study selected the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and constructed the G1-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the ecological competitiveness of construction enterprises.Finally,this study evaluates three construction enterprises of different scales,Shanghai Construction Industry Group,A Group and B Construction Enterprises,and concludes that the overall level of ecological competitiveness of construction enterprises in China is not high,among which the ecological capital capacity of enterprises,the ecological management capacity of enterprises and the standardization capacity of project ecological construction are weak.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions.The countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the competitiveness of enterprise ecological management and project ecological construction of construction enterprises.
