The Integration About Our Country's Urban And Rural Ecological Environment Since The Reform And Opening Up

Since the 18 th Party Congress convenes,our country promotes the construction of ecological civilization vigorously, The economic development has entered a new norm and the mutual influence between ecological environment and economic development has been more and more outstanding. However, in the process of promoting the urban-rural ecological integration, the environmental problems have became increasingly prominent.Based on the current national ecological environment problem,our country has developed and implemented a series of environmental protection policies, which makes the city's ecological environment looks better.However,the rural environmental pollution and ecological damage problems has not been given due attention, a series of problems have not been solved, such as the solid waste dumps in a haphazard fashion, township and village enterprises exceed the standard discharge, the pollution migrates from urban to rural.Ecological environment's public attribute determines that the urban and rural ecological environment is an indivisible organic whole. The refuse moving from city to countryside is the main source of pollution in current rural areas. and the deterioration of the rural environment is potentially harmful to city, and then prevents the coordinated development of the society. Furthermore,it is unpractical to solve the exogenous pollution only by rural governance.None but the urban and rural areas have been put on a platform and solve the problem concertedly, their respective functions will play very well. In view of this, the study about the co-ordination of urban-rural ecological environment. has important practical significance.This essay is based on the ecological environmental differences between urban and rural areas.Under the guidance of Marx's urban and rural areas view, Marx's ecological view and the theory of environmental justice, implementing eighteen congress ideology of vigorously promoting the construction of ecological civilization,I collate the present situation of city and rural ecological environment construction, expounds the specific differences of national policy in urban and rural ecological construction, and then analysis the reason of the differences. On this basis,I do research into path selection of urban and rural ecological environment construction from several aspects. Including strengthening the legal construction, improve our policy system, increase financial support and improve public participation system.In this process, strengthening the rural ecological environment protection should be viewed as a new bright spot, Finally i hope i can provide policy recommendations for the urban and rural ecological environment construction.
