BASED ON THE ECONOMIC THREE COAL MINE AUXILIARY SHAFT UPGRADE ENGINE ELECTRONIC CONTROL SYSTEM AS THE RESEARCH OBJECT, ANALYZES THE HIGH-POWER AC-AC VARIABLE FREQUENCY SPEED REGULATION SYSTEM, AND COMBINED WITH THE CHARACTERISTICS OF MINE HOIST MACHINE OPERATION, THE HIGH-POWER AC-AC FREQUENCY CONVERSION CONTROL OF SYNCHRONOUS MOTOR SPEED CONTROL SYSTEM AND RELATED TECHNOLOGIES. THE SPECIFIC RESEARCH CONTENTS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:FIRSTLY, IN THE CONTROL SYSTEM OF AUXILIARY SHAFT, THE HIGH-POWER AC-AC FREQUENCY SPEED CONTROL PLATFORM, THE FEASIBILITY OF THE SYSTEM IS DEEPLY ANALYZED, INTRODUCED THE SYSTEM DESIGN, THE CONTROL SYSTEM OF MINE AUXILIARY HOISTING DIGITAL CYCLOCONVERTER CONTROL UNIT AND THE MAIN CONTROL, SCHEDULE CONTROL AND BRAKE CONTROL, AND ANALYSIS THE FUNCTION OF EACH PART, AND THE PRACTICE PROVES THAT THIS SYSTEM IS STABLE IN OPERATION, HIGH RELIABILITY, GOOD CONTROL QUALITY.SECONDLY, ANALYSIS OF THE PRINCIPLE OF CYCLOCONVERTER, EXPOUNDS THE STRUCTURE AND OUTPUT VOLTAGE CONTROL METHOD OF DC/AC INVERTER, ESTABLISHED MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF CYCLOCONVERTER OUTPUT VOLTAGE, AND THE HARMONIC CONTENT OF THE OUTPUT VOLTAGE IS ANALYZED IN DETAIL.FINALLY, TO MAKE THE ANALYSIS ON THE FUTURE DEVELOPMENT TREND OF FREQUENCY CONVERSION EQUIPMENT.
