Kelameili gas field production parameters has a big difference with the predict production index and development plan since2008.As time goes by,Kelameili gas field geological parameters changes.Single well water cut increase. Gas production is reduced. Wellhead pressure diminishing fast. Phenomenon that single well the gas can not enter the gas gathering station has occurred. It make gathering processing system suitability worse and bring a serious impact on the safety benefits of the gas gathering processing system, meanwhile comprehensive development of gas production.As for Kelameili gas gathering problems,we carried out a systematic study on Kelameili field surface process adaptability by domestic and international literature research and site investigation,inclouding including gathering process adaptability.According Kelameili gas gathering and processing characteristics, we set up gathering evaluation system based on hydrate formation temperature and carry on a evaluation of50single well production adaptability in the next20years.I propose different gathering process transformation program for every well style.I carry on a careful comparison between two transformation adjustment programs and preferred the best adjustment programFrom a comprehensive evaluation of the investment, energy consumption and structure adaptability of three aspects of the built network of Kelameili gas field, first I use the pipe network grade optimization method to optimize the investment of Kelameili gas field pipe network. At the same time, I compared and evaluated the actual pipe network and the optimal network from the two aspects of investment and energy consumption. Then I analysed the later reformation’s adaptability of branch network and the radial distribution network. High or low pressure of compressed air is classified according to the characteristics of gas pressure and the yield of single well, and finally puts forward three adjustment schemes:single well booster, gas gathering station booster and treatment plant concentrate booster, three adjustment schemes are compared in energy consumption and investment to choose the optimal one.The evaluation indexes of treatment plant are the hydrocarbon dew point and the dew point of water of product gas. First of all, I use the oil and gas processing HYSYS software to analyse and evaluate of plant adaptation, and then I analyse the influence factors of treatment process to find out the key factors affecting the treatment process. At the last, according to the high and low pressure gas flow characteristics, the treatment plant process is divided into the three periods. On the basis of this, I contrast these adjustment schemes for each period to get the best scheme.
