This study focuses on petroleum drilling engineering services company as the main objective based on the real feedback data from clients of these companies. The analysis methods we adopted to comprehensively evaluate customer satisfaction index included questionnaire analysis, reliability and validity analysis questionnaire, questionnaire-depth analysis, principal component analysis, canonical correlation analysis, the system points system, radar chart method, and PLS (Partial Least Square) et al, which were calculated by SAS and SPSS software. And then the overall evaluation system was given, as well as the structure variable system optimization methods. This study progresses this field, which not only provided an improving direction for the healthy development of enterprises to achieve operational excellence, but also provided the conditions to launch further research work.The main contents and results are as follows:1. According to the traditional customer satisfaction index model and the particularity of drilling engineering and technical services industry, evaluation model was built suitably. In the model, the perceived quality is subdivided into perceived quality and perceived quality hardware software, two structure variables. Add to the corporate image of these new structure variables. Through the model, accurate reflection of the relationship between the various variables related to future customer satisfaction index provide a good reference analysis.2. The use of advanced computational methods, currently-PLS, achieves an accurate evaluation of customer satisfaction. The biggest advantage of a comprehensive method of principal component analysis, canonical correlation analysis and analysis methods, such as least-squares method, under the experimental data is less, to achieve a more accurate analysis than the general method of evaluation. In this paper, a method to expand PLS path analysis, and regression analysis.3. Complete analysis of each variable in the model was used to determine the cause, including structural variables, the number of observed variables, as well as emphasizing the relationship between the structures of these variables.4. hi the oil industry drilling engineering and technical services company, the customer satisfaction index is among the relevant characteristics along with PLS analysis method. The preparation of a set applicable to the industry’s customer satisfaction index analysis of evaluation software is important since the software further optimizes function. Its scope will be extended to other areas to achieve faster evaluation work to accurately provide good protection.5. The questionnaire is used to prepare, design, pre-test, provide an in-depth analysis, and remove the interfering data to ensure real and effective questionnaire.6. Real data was used to validate the model. Through field investigation, data users obtain real drilling engineering technology services company feedback. Due to the rigorous screening data, the evaluated results have important reference value.7. Complete drilling engineering services business customer satisfaction index evaluation, and gradually formed a system of evaluation methods, are given the observed variables upgrade system, not only for the development of enterprises to improve and achieve operational excellence indicate the direction of their own, but also other relevant for future evaluation to provide a reference.
