Essential oil as energy and an important chemical raw material, is a finite resource and can not be regenerated in a short time, its proven reserves are constantly reduced. To ensure long-term stable supply of oil industry, research and development must be efficient oil recovery techniques. Currently, the general domestic use of polyacrylamide due to poor resistance to temperature, salt and shear performance, its application has significant limitations. In order to improve oil additives of temperature, salinity and resistance to shear properties, on the basis of the research status at home and abroad hydrophobic associating polymer temperature on the salt, proposed a water-soluble monomer acrylamide,the new hydrophobic associative polymer hydrophobic monomers and polar monomer composition.We synthesized a hydrophobic monomer1-(4-dodecyloxy-phenyl)-propenone(DPP)and a polar functional monomer AMC12S, using polar functional monomer and a hydrophobic monomer and AM in the case without surfactant, using a ternary complex initiation system for polymerization of synthetic hydrophobic associative polymer PAD P.Dilution extrapolation intrinsic viscosity of the polymer was determined by infrared spectroscopy and1H-NMR characterization of polymer structure. Optimize the total concentration of monomer, initiator type and amount, causing the temperature, pH, hydrophobic monomer content and impact of anti-crosslinking polymerization reaction conditions on the intrinsic viscosity of the polymer. Ultimately determine the optimum conditions:the total monomer concentration25%, AM:AMC12S:DPP molar ratio of99.79%:0.15%:0.06%, and the concentration of the initiator AIDB and (NH4)2S208were0.02%and0.03%, raised the temperature45℃, pH value of6.5, the amount of additive urea plus5%. Determination of the solids content of the final polymer yield and the polymer, the solid content and a yield of89.03%and94.54%.The effects of hydrophobic associative polymer solubility, concentration of the polymer solution viscosity and viscosity relationship when the relationship to obtain a polymer dissolution time was120min, better solubility; better solution viscosity stability for a long time, through thick viscous polymer solution relations reached a low critical association concentration(CAC) of900mg/L. The effects of temperature, salt concentration, shear rate on the apparent viscosity of the polymer solution. Compared with ordinary polyacrylamide(HPAM), hydrophobic associative polymer PADP has better resistance to temperature, salt and shear resistance; when high temperature and salinity, PADP solution has a higher viscosity retention rate; PADP exhibit good shear resistance, PADP shear viscosity of the solution has a good reversibility.Fluorescence spectroscopy proves PADP association of the solution exists, but no association of HPAM solution used. The UV spectra shows the association of PADP solution used with its concentration increases.
