Along with our country’s manufacturing industry level rising, the need of the thick plate, high strength plate and composite panels aerospace from pressure vessel, engineering machinery and shipbuilding industries is more and more, so the demand of the rolling ability and the rolling precision are also increasing. As the plate bending process is becoming more and more mature, the analysis of the machine structure is becoming more and more valued by people. Domestic research on such a large machine structure analysis is very few, this article research fills the gap.In this paper, based on the micro control large level of the three roller plate bending rolls, researched and produced by the Changduan company.According to the parameters provided by the company, carry out force analysis of each mechanical part of the machine, using 3 d software Pro-Engineer for 3 d modeling, and the structure simplify, static analysis of the bending roll machine and modal analysis of the high rack were carried out by using the Workbench software, improve its dynamic characteristics by improving the frame structure, and vibration aging on the central platform part of finite element simulation to remove the welding residual stress.Through the analysis and research of this article: there are some certain problems in the structural design of the plate bending rolls, the problem that the bending moment is too large to produce stress concentration can be solved by some reasonable improvement of the structure. High rack as part of the greater influence on the precision of the rolled plate can improve its structure to improve the dynamic characteristics of vibration on the impact of decrease; Welding residual stress of inevitable, vibration aging method can effectively eliminate the residual stress, the method is applicable to trigger the fuselage platform.
