The quality of the yarn is very important to the comfort of the clothing plays an important role,as an important technical means to reduce the yarn defects,electronic yarn clearer in recent years has been rapid development.The main functions of the electronic yarn clearer are as follows: the yarn defect is classified according to the length and the relative width of the yarn defect;the cutter is cut when the abnormal yarn defect is detected;the yarn is uneven according to the yarn diameter Rate,the number of yarn defects per unit length of yarn and other commonly used parameters of yarn indicators and yarn spectrum.Through the yarn spectrum,you can detect the process of yarn processing process defects exist,easy to adjust in time.The main work of this thesis is divided into two parts: hardware circuit design and software analysis design.The hardware circuit design mainly includes five parts:power management circuit,multi-sensor detection circuit,signal processing circuit,cutter drive circuit and data communication circuit.The software analysis and design is divided into lower machine control program design and PC display interface software design.The design of the lower computer control program includes yarn unevenness calculation,communication protocol design and spectrogram algorithm design.The host computer software design mainly includes parameter setting and result display.The main features of the system are: the use of photoelectric sensors and capacitive sensors combined to solve a single photoelectric sensor can not detect flat yarn defects and a single capacitive sensor can not accurately detect the problem of wet yarn,improve the detection The accuracy of the results;the use of DSP for data processing and analysis,the hardware circuit is simple,improve the stability of the circuit at the same time to facilitate the debugging of the circuit to solve the current electronic yarn clearer hardware circuit structure is complex;by analyzing the principle of the spectrum,based on the digital signal resampling theorem proposed spectral optimization algorithm,the use of DSP indirect realization of the 110 bandpass filter,the spectrum shows a wider wavelength range,higher accuracy;through the C # established by the host computer,you can easily set the yarn type,clear yarn curve and grading alarm and other parameter information,and can be intuitive to obtain the yarn parameters and yarn parameters;in the software Add theyarn defect alarm function,when the abnormal situation,you can find in time.
