Study On The Integration Of Safety Standardization And OES System In Mining Enterprises

In order to achieve safety in production, to raise their competitiveness, the most of the mining enterprises have the standardization of safety evaluation and quality, environment, occupational health and safety management system certification,at present.The each system is diversity in the different enterprises, in the daily operation process is bound to complicate the enterprise file management, also can cause the waste of human resources. So this article is on the basis of other scholars explore similar problems, mainly discuss the mine enterprise’s safety standardization and integrated quality, environment, occupational health and safety management system of related problems, put forward the necessity of system integration and the concrete practice suggestion, this thesis mainly has the following several aspects:(1)Though the analysis of the current research status of domestic and foreign scholars on the integration of management system, put forward the research direction and content in this paper, namely, standardization of safety and quality, environment, occupational health and safety integrated management system analysis and research;(2) according to the standardization of safety and quality, environment, occupational health and safety management system of the main content, analysis of the similarities and differences of four system, the operation mode of four system, and four system exist in mining enterprises run independently,run cross, content repetition, file management chaos, the necessity of system integration;(3) According to the analysis results of four system, the basis of the system integration, the principle of system integration, the enterprise’s overall management system theory,the cybernetics and the information theory.
