Quality, Environment, Occupational Health And Safety Management System Integration Methods Of Research And Empirical Analysis

The study into integration methods of quality, environment and systems of occupational health and safety administration has both great theoretical significance and practical significance and it is a forward topic for discussion. With reference to the existing research results, this paper does the following studies.1,This paper notes that Integrated Management System is an important characteristic of enterprises' administration and development as well as a significant symbol of the ability of enterprises' sustainable development in recent years. With China's entry to WTO, it has become the goal of modern enterprises and sustainable development to establish, implement , attest and continually improve the three management systems of ISO9000, ISO14000, OHSAS18000. The paper expounds the characteristics of the three management systems, analyses the relations between these three systems and corresponding relations of specific elements in the three systems, points out similarities and differences so as to lay a foundation for system integration2,This paper studies the feasibility of establishing Integrated Management System. If enterprises separately establish all of the ISO9000, ISO14000, OHSAS18000 Management Systems, then in the process of practice, three booklets, three sets of documents, re-auditing and re-reviewing will appear. If enterprises wish to establish Integrated Management System, they ought to arrange human resources scientifically, optimize management structure and wholly develop activities requiring similar management so as to improve working efficiency and cut off managerial fee. Moreover, through need analysis of the subject and object of management system and researches on the theoretical foundation of system integration, it is obvious that system integration complies with the needs of trend and economic development. The three systems adopt the same managerial ways and methods and contain similar basic structure and elements.3,The key of Integrated Management System integration is the preparation of documents. Only through integrated document preparation, can the integration of the three systems be realized. The document of Integrated Management System is the information medium bearing Integrated Management System, which helps in the communication of action intention and uniform actions in the system, acts as the basis of employee training, communication enhancement and uniform actions as well as traceable objective basis for satisfying the demands of customers, society and employees and seeking for third-party auditing and certification, and becomes the base of effectiveness and incessant improvement of assessing enterprise management system. Therefore, this essay offers detailed theoretical explanation and case analysis in the document integration of Integrated Management System.4,This paper applies the fundamental principles and methods of management integration and explores the theoretical foundation and methods of the integration of the three systems. On the basis of the ways and methods of management integration, the paper makes researches on the establishment of ways and methods of Integrated Management System, offers feasible research, general train of thought for the enterprise' promotion of the three systems' integration and establishes the process of Integrated Management System so as to serve the enterprise better and improve the management and managerial efficiency of the enterprise.5, Grounded in the actual background of integration promotion of YHL (as it involves the internal information of the enterprise, the real name of YHL is left out and YHL is adopted), the paper analyses the current managerial conditions of YHL, adopts the methods of investigation and analysis, makes researches on the integration management of its quality management system, environment management system and occupational health and safety management system, and applies the basic theories into the establishment and implementation of Integrated Management System.6, Through researches on the integration methods of Integrated Management System as well as incessant summary and thinking in practices, I give the research results a new idea and rebuild the integration mode of the research object theoretically using the integration idea of large system, in the hopes of solving the practical problems existing in the actual management process of enterprises and offering certain guidance for future enterprises.
