Urban Ecological Risk Assessment In Shanxi Province

Ecological Risk has received common concern to achieve sustainable social development. An important part of the urban ecological risk is ecological risk. The urban development and urban construction factors could make urban ecological environment, ecological processes, ecological patterns and systems adverse change in ecosystem services and give the living environment adverse effect. Exploring urban ecological risk assessment system make a reasonable assessment of science, which plays an important implication for sustainable economic and social development of the city.In this paper, a study area based on the use of urban ecological environment data in 2003-2012 in Shanxi Province use the “PSR(pressure- state- response)”theoretical framework model. After referring to scholars at home and abroad on the basis of the research on urban ecological risk, the paper builds aspects about pressure, state and response in Shanxi Province ecological risk index system, and then uses the entropy method to calculate the weight, thus optimizing the weight calculations, quantitative evaluation of urban ecological risk of the Shanxi Province, and ultimately come to the following conclusions:(1) The urban ecological risk index of Shanxi Province shows an overall trend of slow growth in 2003-2012. Each prefecture level city in Shanxi Province in 2003-2012 regional difference obvious ecological risk, etheric part of the surrounding areas of ecological risk value is higher.(2) Ecological risk pressure index gradually decreased slowly overall 2010 in Shanxi, implying a rapid growth trend in 2010. Yangquan,Shuozhou and Jinzhong pressure index value showed a trend of rapid growth and the index value has been high, and Taiyuan, Linfen pressure index values grows slowly; Ecological risk index change state showed a downward trend after the first increase, the state index value index value and the pressure was the opposite trend. Linfen and Taiyuan are in the forefront of the state of the composite index overall 3 years, while Shuozhou and Yangquan overall are lower state index value of 3 years; Shanxi ecological risk index showed a rapid social response to a rising trend, the top two prefectural-level city, Taiyuan and Datong, response composite index.(3) The development of social economy and the environment pollution mainly affect ecological risk in Shanxi Province in 2003-2012. In view of the present situation of the ecological risk factors, which affect urban ecological risk seriously, this paper puts forward that the one should change the pattern of economic development, optimize the industrial structure and energy pollution, improve the urban ecological risk prevention consciousness of residents corresponding countermeasures and measures.
