The Analysis Of Urbanization And Ecological Environment Coordinated Development Degree Of Shanxi Province

Urbanization is the result of the development of socialproductive forces to a certain stage. It is the inevitable trend in thedevelopment of economy and society. It is a symbol for the country’sor region’s industrialization and modernization. At present, China’surbanization has entered a stage of rapid development, With thedevelopment of market economy, Shanxi’s urbanization has alsoushered in unprecedented progress. But there is a certain gapcompared with the developed eastern provinces In the future,Urbanization is still the main theme for the development of ShanxiProvince and even the country.In a certain sense, Urbanization may change the ecologicalenvironment. The harmonious and stable development, will affectthe future of urban landscape and the quality of people living and soon. In particular, Urbanization will affect the change of ecologicalenvironment, and ecological environment will promote or hinder thedevelopment of urbanization. Urbanization and ecologicalenvironment are the contradictory unity. The analysis of Urbanizationand ecological environment will help to reconcile their relationship inthe future development of urbanization.Urbanization and ecological environment are two complex systems, and relate to many aspects. First of all, we have ananalysis of urbanization and ecological environment in ShanxiProvince. Then, we build index system based on urbanizationsystem included population, social, economic, space andeco-environment system included state, pressure, response insupport of the theory of the coordinated development degree, thetheory of sustainable development, the theory of man-landrelationship and eco-city theory. Finally, the composite score iscalculated by eight years urbanization and ecological environmentin11prefecture-level’s city in Shanxi Province by factor analyses,and take the composite as composite evaluation index ofurbanization and ecological environment to calculate the score ofcoordinated development degree, then reach the followingconclusions:(1)The coordinated development degree of urbanization andecological environment of prefecture-level’s city in Shanxi Provinceis not well and most at the middle level. In2003—2005years, thereis only Taiyuan staying senior coordinating development type. In2006—2010years, there is dropping to not one. Almost areconcentrated on intermediate coordinating the development of typeand the verge of disorders recession type.(2)TaiYuan is always the highest level for8years in11prefecture-level’s city. The lowest level’s city is mainly XinZhou.Their middle section rise one after another and is constant change.Although TaiYuan is staying the highest level in Shanxi Province, ithas from senior coordinating development type before tointermediate coordinating the development of type after. (3) Urbanization and ecological environment’s development has notkept step.(4) The type of development is different in11prefecture-level’s cityin Shanxi Province. Taiyuan, LinFen, LvLiang are the type ofadvance the development of ecological environment. JinZhong isthe type of advance the development of urbanization. The rest arethe type of alternate developmental.Though consequence, the reason which is difference ofurbanization and ecological environment in11prefecture-level’scity in Shanxi Province is analysed, and the developedcountermeasures of11prefecture-level’s city are proposed.
