The resources of offshore oil and gas are rich reserves at our country, it has broad prospects for mining. The solid particles what contain in offshore oil and gas may lead to the occurrence of the quality of the pipe wall loss and may lead to pipe breakage, causing serious consequences when off-shore oil and gas resources in the mining and pipeline transportation process. In this paper, the typical components of oil pressure pipe at different temper-atures, flow rate, volume concentration of solid particles erosion had been simulated by CFD. It has summarizes the elbows, reducers, diverging pipe and T-tube erosion laws, and the simulation data ananlysis showed that there is a certain synergy temperature, flow rate and volume concentration of solid particles.It has elaborated erosion relevant literature review of domestic and for-eign, explained the background as well as mainly theories and modles cur-rently erosion studies. It has described domestic and foreign research progress narrative erosion and related outcomes, and two main stream erosion research methods currently-CFD simulation and build erosion systems. According to the simulation needs, it has selected and introduced the corres-ponding erosion model simulation conditions set condictions.It made an analysis of the flow field and pipeline erosion distribution by making simulation of 90°elbow. From erosion simulation data, it full consid-eration the synergy among flow rate, temperature and volume concentration of solid particles, and made a conclution of elbow erosion laws when the three factors change. At the same time, pressure in the range of 1MPa-6MPa has a small impact to piping erosion.In addition, it pointed out the laws of diameter pipe erosion in terms of flow rate, temperature, volume concentration solid particles after making si-mulation of the erosion of diverging pipe, tapered pipe and T-tube. Pointed out that different diameter pipe erosion variation, and tapered pipe amplifi- cation effect due to the flow rate, it should be noted that inlet velocity of threshold pipe.For the reason of validating the simulation results, a closed loop test system piping erosion has been designed. For system design requirements, it has accomplished each relevant selection. Also part of the test for the oper-ating system gives a detailed process and precautions.
