With the development of petroleum industry,Due to the strongly transportation ability and efficiency of the submarine pipelines,it has gradually become the main pipelines for the system of oil and gas production.With the service life increased,the pipelines become aging and usually appear accidents.Because of the complicated working environment,it is difficult to detect the erosion of subsea pipes.Severe erosion damage is the main threat to the reliability and safety of pipeline system.It will be limited the transportation of the submarine pipelines through simply limiting the velocity of transport media.In view of this problem,this paper,based on Comsol Multiphysics coupling simulation software,selects numerical simulation method to conduct simulation research on the erosion characteristics of large-diameter pipeline,defines the dangerous area and failure trend of erosion damage of the pipeline,and points out the optimal design idea of anti-erosion of the pipeline.The research mainly divided into three steps: fluid flow characteristics,solid particle trajectory tracking and erosion calculation,and the main findings are as follows:1.Three-dimensional simulation was used to study on large-diameter pipeline.The distribution characteristics of flow field and wall stress of pipe to obtain particle erosion trajectory in order to determine the influencing factors of erosion.It was found that the wall erosion was mainly caused by collision and cutting erosion of particles,the serious erosion area of the model was distributed in the transition area between elbow and downstream section,and the particle erosion was influenced by flow conditions and structural parameters.2.Fluid-solid coupling analysis of model erosion was studied on different flow conditions and structural parameters.The main influence factors were revealed,and the dangerous area and failure trend of pipeline erosion were determined.The serious area of pipeline erosion would be shifted with the pipeline parameters changed.However,it can be relieved when flow velocity decreased,and the diameter and curvature of pipes increased.3.Considering the environmental impact of wind and wave,vibration meshes were used to define the condition of wall pipe.To study the influence of erosion under different conditions,proposing the optimal layout and measures of pipeline.It was found that the amplitude has a greater impact on the erosion distribution,and the frequency has a greater impact on the erosion rate.Under the same operating condition,the erosion of vertical pipe section is more affected by the vibration operating condition.
