Mechanical press is the widely used forging device in modeling field, and its performance can well satisfy the forging process. While multi-linkage mechanism, as main transmission system of this kind of press, its movement and dynamic performance condition is directly related to quality of product modeling, therefore, it is critical to design of press transmission mechanism.In design of press transmission mechanism, the traditional method is to discuss and design movement and dynamic of mechanism in definite scope. But the indefiniteness of mechanism system is inherent, which has great influence to mechanism performance. To this end, this dissertation choose double-action press linkage mechanism to develop dynamic analysis, probability modeling, reliability analysis and design of this press transmission mechanism, its concrete content are as follow:1. Dynamic analysis of transmission mechanism. This dissertation establish a kinematics analytic equation about the double-action press linkage,and get the analytical solution of displacement, velocity, and acceleration, laying a foundation for subsequent reliability and stability design. Because of considering the size of randomness, uncertainty of institutional constraints in optimization of comprehensive function and processing into a random function.2. Probability modeling and reliability analysis of transmission mechanism. The size tolerance of components is taken into account, and we can establish the limit state equation, when the Institution’s slider displacement fluctuation quantity is in allowing fluctuation range. And then the reliability of double-action press linkage analysis model is built. The mean and variance of slider displacement has been derived, using Taylor series linearization limit state equation, proceed to the next step, the FOSM is used to obtain the mechanism motion reliability.3. Reliability design of transmission mechanism. Established a double-action press linkage reliability optimization design model, which using the minimum mechanism motion failure probability as the objective function. Meanwhile use the FOSM to solve the reliability of the constraint. Numerical examples show that the institutions of integrated reliability can effectively reduce the amount of slider displacement fluctuation, and can significantly improve the reliability of mechanism motion.4. Stability design of transmission mechanism. Based on press dynamic and reliability analysis, consider influence from indefiniteness of variable to mechanism performance, building stability design model. Research results show that the stability design can efficiently control the equalizing value and standard difference of linkage mechanism output displacement fluctuation, decrease the interference of indefinite factors to output displacement fluctuation, improve reliability of mechanism, meanwhile, improve overall performance of the press.
