Based on the background of the comprehensive utilization of tobacco surplus raw materials aiming to reduce solid waste emissions, and taking the internal quality index in standard of tobacco industry as the basis, this paper conducts a preliminary study on the chemical composition and content before and after the making of paper-making tobacco sheet from the angle of environment engineering and analytical chemistry. In order to improve the utilization rate of tobacco raw material,to make better use of tobacco waste and surplus raw materials, to reduce solid waste emissions to protect the environment. It aims to provide reference for the creation of cigarette products, which are suitable for the domestic consumption market, and provide theoretical reference and technical support for the allocating of the raw material and the improvement of producing process for enterprises in the future. The main contents are as follows:First of all, the preparation and analysis methods of cell wall material, holocellulose and lignin are determined. The results show that a considerable amount of cell wall material, holocellulose and a small amount of lignin are all contained in tobacco samples, such as peduncle, smoke, and mixed materials, before and after making the tobacco slice, but there is a big difference between their content in the sample. In terms of the content of cell wall material and holocellulose, peduncle< hybrid materials< smoke < reconstituted tobacco. In terms of the lignin content, peduncle< hybrid materials< reconstituted tobacco < smoke.Secondly, this experiment extracts and detects the content of nicotine contained in peduncle, hybrid materials, smoke and reconstituted tobacco using the supercritical CO2 fluid technology and spectrophotometric method. The supercritical fluid extraction conditions are as follows:pressure 30 MP, temperature 50 ℃, and regarding 80%ethanol as an entrainer. Extract twice in a row during these conditions. And then detect the content of nicotine in test samples using the standard curve that nicotine has the largest absorption peaks under 259 nm wavelength. The results show that nicotine has a good linear relation in 1.273-63.650 μg/mL concentration range. Linear equation is Y=0.00718+0.0181X, r2=0.9992. The nicotine content is 1.189%in the smoke,0.788%in the hybrid materials,0.670%in the tobacco and 0.462% in the peduncle. At last, this experiment examines the change of neutral aroma components before and after the making of reconstituted tobacco, extracts tobacco aroma by adopting the simultaneous distillation extraction (SDE), and carries out qualitative and quantitative analysis by using the GC-MS technique. As a result, a total of 22 compounds are identified. They mainly include:hydrocarbon (2 kinds), aldehydes (4 kinds), ketones (10 kinds), alcohols (3 kinds), esters (1 kind), and heterocyclic (2 kinds). The results show that all the tobacco samples contain benzaldehyde, furfural, solanone, β-damascenone, geranyl acetone, benzyl alcohol, megastigmatrienone, etc., which belong to a group of key tobacco flavor compounds, but the relative content is different. Among them, the content of total aroma components and various ingredients (except the benzene acetaldehyde, tomato ketone, etc.) are highest in reconstituted tobacco, smoke second, mixing raw material again and lowest, peduncle. Moreover, the content of megastigmatrienone increases obviously in reconstituted tobacco.
