The Study On The Design Of The Recycled Clothing

In this paper, the research on the concepts of recycled clothing design, on the recycling of a garment’s origin, evolution, current development status and future prospects are discussed, respectively from the cultural background, the government policies to guide and social operation system, from the aspects such as industry development present situation of Chinese and foreign clothing recycling, finally found the shortage of the renewable industry in our country at present stage and coping styles.First of all, this article through to the clothing production cycle and the clothing production process each link, the analysis of existing regenerative design practice and research further clear the regeneration design technique and its realization ways, and to explore the feasibility of recycled clothing production. Second, this study will focus on apparel design and production links and finished product of two phases of the use of design technique and practice. Finally, according to the preliminary design and feasibility of the proposed analysis, choose the suitable design methods for the design of the final practice. At the same time, in view of the problems in practice, the paper puts forward targeted solutions and the content of the design is necessary to reform the practice in the future.Through the above research and practice, this paper draw the following conclusions that in garment production cycle, for each link and phase, using the recycling design technique, realize the manufacturing process across, garment production, as well as clothing on the market in the form of change. And transform the single mode of the garment production and step-by-step operation form, and reduce the waste production.On the other hand, through the recycling design, to realize the reversible behavior of clothing production, which in turn make the garment production cycle form suitable for circulating operation. Regeneration design technique to relieve each production link of textile waste, and abandoned the second launch of textiles, thus reducing the burden of waste textiles and garment industry chain of green renewable ecological pattern.
