The Inspiration Of Chinese Marine Environmental Protection Legislation For Congo-Brazzaville

The Protection of the Marine Environment fragile ecosystems is important task of international community and every country. China attaches great importance to the marine environmental protection, marine environmental protection work in China has decades of experience. Although Chinese marine environmental protection legislation started too late, but according to the International Standards, it has established a set of complete legal system of marine environmental protection. China in the marine environmental protection legislation side knows the fast development, It has already gone through of three stages of development, which has initially formed the characteristics of Chinese marine environmental protection laws and regulations.Contrary, Congo-Brazzaville government has not paid more attention to the marine environmental protection. So there are still many issues about the marine environmental protection legislation which need to be solved. Congo-Brazzaville needs to improve his legal system of marine environmental protection. For this reason, Congo-Brazzaville needs actively to cooperate with other countries and learn their success ways or experiences. This subject is based on the contribution of China’s marine environmental protection legislation on the Congolese legislation. The object of this thesis is based on the Chinese marine environmental protection analysis, research and experience needed to lead Congo Brazzaville to improve marine environmental protection legal system. This paper is divided into four parts:The first part, an overview of the marine environmental protection, including the concept and characteristics of this part of the marine environment, marine environmental protection and the development process. The second part introduces the status quo of China and Congo-Brazzaville marine environmental protection legislation. In that section we will study Chinese and Congo Brazzaville marine environmental protection legislation existing problems and successes. The third part is mainly talking about China’s marine environmental protection legal system and its enlightenment discussion of Congo-Brazzaville, mainly through the Chinese legal system of marine environmental protection characteristics of analysis and research, Congo-Brazzaville should learn to understand some specific measures. The fourth, China Marine Environmental Protection Law and Its Implications for the Congo-Brazzaville.
