Benefit Evaluation Of Karst Rocky Desertification Area Comprehensive Management

Rocky desertification is a serious ecological problem in subtropical karst region in southern of China. Demonstration region of Chen jia village of Puding county in Guizhou province belong to typical Rock-desertification area which is Lack of water and soil, Severe droughts and floods. It contains an economic,ecological and social benefits as a comprehensive system engineering. After years of governance, it got some achievements, so as to provide a scientific reference for Puding and karst mountain comprehensive control and development of application in Guizhou.In this paper, Some statistics were based on karst ecosystem observation station,also including some research projects, some statistics came from household surveys on the spot, Second-hand material information datas.We tried to communicate with farmers for basic messages as well.Through the analysis of natural condition and social economic conditions in demonstration area, follow the design principle of evaluation indexes,11 evaluation indicators were selected finally, combining the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method to determine the weight of indicators. Then,the research established evaluation index system of demonstration region of Chen jia village.At last,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used for the demonstration area in 2008 and 2013 about the regulation project of ecological, economic and social comprehensive benefit evaluation on the overall system. The research indicates that the benefit evaluation given the corresponding score according to demonstration area.In this way can it help optimize the control measures and achieve good development in the area.The research results show that the per capita net income, poverty rate and the proportion of rocky desertification offer great contribution to the comprehensive benefit for the weight of indicators in evaluation index system. Through the comprehensive governance, The extent of the increase appeared ecological benefit, economic benefit and social benefit.The engineering comprehensive benefit vary from bad to medium,with the increase of vegetation coverage,the degree of rocky desertification had been improved. The adjustment of agricultural structure promoted the local farmers’ income,the development of the regional economy and reduced the degree of demonstration areas in poverty.We found that some problems still exist in evaluation and governance.such as the accuracy of the evaluation of governance remains to be improved, The information asymmetry in agricultural production often happen, lack of long-term effective guidance, etc, thus we put forward some useful suggestions, in order to achieve the objective rationality of benefit evaluation, so as to improve the level of local karst rocky desertification comprehensive management.
