Present stage of economic development and environmental pollution, there is a close relationship between, people’s demand for good environmental conditions is increased gradually, but economic development needs and the environment to enhance demand contradictory, the problem increasingly serious, need is paid more and more attention and try to solve. As an important part of economic activity, FDI is the negative influence of the environment, and it is also getting more and more attention of the whole society..The research object of FDI and environment related issues are mainly concentrated in the macro level of China, and the developed areas of the southeast coast. Compared to the East, the development of FDI in the Midwest is less concerned about environmental issues. Coastal economic development with environmental pollution,and in the central region has most of our energy and raw material resources, so FDI on the development of the industry at the same time, the negative impact of FDI on the central environment may more serious. The research on the problem of the FDI and the pollution of the environment is undoubtedly of great theoretical and practical significance..Through analyzing the ecological environment effect of FDI in Guizhou Province,this paper provides a reference for the foreign investment policies and foreign enterprises in Guizhou Province, and avoids the extensive economic development road.. It can also provide the theoretical basis for the relevant governance, reduce the negative impact of foreign enterprises on the environment of Guizhou province. To provide policy recommendations for the coordination of foreign direct investment and environmental issues in Guizhou province.
