In China, the water quality of drinking water sources in rural areas severely polluted by the urban sewage,,the industrial waste and the farmland drainage. Coupled with the reasons of started late, less funding, the safety of drinking water in rural areas is severely threatened. In response to this situation, bases on the real-time monitoring of the rural drinking water sources, this paper developed the water quality monitoring, evaluation and early warning of rural drinking sources system.1000A solar water quality monitoring using online water quality monitoring instrument, which can monitor the real-time date of five conventional indicators:pH, dissolved oxygen, temperature, turbidity, conductivity that can reflect the comprehensive water quality, the instrument will be uploaded the monitored data to the local server’s SQL database through the fixed domain name service. The water quality monitoring, evaluation and early warning of rural drinking sources system is realized by the Delphi visual programming language. The program interface is divided into five interface:user login, real-time water quality monitoring, the historical data of the water quality, early warning of the source, password modification, eal-time water quality monitoring interface can read the real-time value of pH, dissolved oxygen, temperature, turbidity, conductivity a by contacting with our local database, and the real-time value are displayed in the related controls, then the system use the real-time data to analysis the water quality by weight calculation method. The evaluation results are shown in the relevant controls, while establishing "light" for the results of the two evaluation methods, green, yellow, red partly stands for the quality evaluation results of excellent, good, overweight. When one light is red, the pop-up prompt window indicating the current water quality exceeded. The historical data of the water quality interface can inquiry the historical data and show in the interface through the date time controls,in this interface we can also by drawing curves, saving to EXCEL, printing, etc. for further analysis of the water quality data to ensure diversity of analysis ways. Early warning of the source interface can read the last 40 times of the date of the water quality through contact with the database, combined with BP artificial neural network model to predict water quality, at last the predicted results are displayed in the appropriate controls, then use the predicted date to analysis the water quality, according to the evaluation results appeared to be the indicator, when one of the lights is red, the pop-up prompt window prompts the possibility of exceeding the water quality of the future. When the result of the real-time water quality or the prediction water quality is exceeded, the system will realize the function of sending message, the system will send text message to the relevant person in charge of the phone as soon as the prompt window appears. the person should react in time to protect the safety of the rural drinking sources based on the message content. SMS numbers is stored in the database, you can change.The 1000A line of solar water quality monitor has been installed in Yizheng Yuetang Reservoir, this system uses the real-time water quality that monitored by the instrument to evaluate and predicate the quality of water in Yizheng Yuetang Reservoir, the result shows a reliable result and proved the practicality and stability of this system.
