Discuss Construction Way And Index System Of Industrial Enterprise Of Eco-civilization

Since the 17 th meeting of the Communist Party of China, ecological civilization construction is well-known, it is practiced by the whole community from the theory to the practice. As the subject of economic field, Industrial Enterprises not only be the creator of social wealth and the main responsibility of environmental problems, but also the cells of build ecological civilization. Ecological civilization construction of industrial enterprises is the more deepen and concretization work of the construction ecological civilization of regional. However, there is no evaluation index system of ecological civilization of industrial enterprises to guide industrial enterprises to build ecological civilization.(1) This study takes industrial enterprises of Suzhou National new and hi-tech industrial Development zone(SND) for research object, analysis the problems in the process of enterprise construction of ecological civilization, such as lack of awareness of ecological civilization and ability of green technology innovation, less enforcing of the disclosure of environmental information, Summarize the valuable experience of outstanding companies were accorded to the investigation.(2) Summary approaches and methods in ecological civilization construction of industrial enterprises from the implementation of enterprise cleaner production, the ways of corporate social responsibility and the promotion of corporate environmental information disclosure.(3) Discuss the evaluation index system of ecological civilization construction of industrial enterprises. Using “related index system reference +enterprise investigation + expert consultation" to establish and proof the index system, use the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and expert opinions to determine weights, building the evaluation index system of ecological civilization construction of industrial enterprises. The evaluation system includes the basic conditions and the construction index, which contains five basic conditions, the construction index included economic, environmental, institution, cultural and characteristics to be 27 indexes in number, and determine the evaluation methods.(4) Evaluate the level of ecological civilization construction of four cases of established companies by evaluation index system of industrial enterprises of ecological civilization. it presents preliminary proof of the system is feasible, can provide a reference for evaluate the lever of enterprise ecological civilization construction.
