With the oil exploration access to mid-late period, variety of oil recovery techniques are developed. The water content and viscosity of crude oil gradually increased, which make it difficult to post-dehydration treatment. More mature technology of electric dehydration at home and abroad are mainly based on experience, and the research work on electrical dehydration technology are carried out mainly based on the-production test equipment and production equipment. However, the dehydration mechanism research for different emulsion under different power supply is not deeply enough. In order to targeted research the best dehydration conditions for different crude oil produced fluid, analysis dehydration mechanism, observe the movement phenomenon of microscopic particles during the dehydration process, the program establishment of small-scale test of crude oil dehydration system is proposed to look forward to lay a good foundation for the research of crude electric dehydration mechanism, the research work is carried out as follow:First of all, the background of crude oil dehydration technology and the purpose and meaning of development of dehydration technology are briefly introduced. The research status and development trend of the dehydration technology and mechanism at home and abroad are generally described. The crude oil emulsion formation process and several common method used for demulsion are introducted, the basic principle of crude oil electric demulsion is elaborated, the dehydration equipment maturely applied in industry is analyzed, all that have laid the theoretical foundation for the design and development of the indoor electric dehydration platform.Secondly, according to the design requirements electrical dehydration test platform is designed and puted up. The test platform mainly includes a heating device, liquid into the mixing tank, emulsifying machine, metering pump, dewatering tank, waste liquid tank and other equipment. The performance requirements of test platform and overall design concept are given, the test processes are introduced. Then the design principles, design process and related parameters of the various devices in the test platform are described in detail, and the device structure and factual diagram are provided.Thirdly, the hardware circuit of the electrical dehydration test is designed. The design includes power supply main circuit and data acquisition control module. In the power supply main circuit section the design of main circuit is analyzed and simulated, while the drive control and protection circuits is designed. In the part of data acquisition and control module a series circuit include measurement, microprocessor control, display, serial communications and solenoid valve drive are designed.Finally, the software programming and debugging work for each modular of hardware circuit is carried out to achive the function of system automation and control. The debugging verified that the test platform designed in this thesis has achieved the expected design requirements and meet the research needs.
