In order to solve the problem of shortage of energy, especially oil issues, many oil companies and research universities have taken a variety of approaches to improve penetration rate, reduce the drilling period and shorten the Oil and gas production rate, after a long period of research and application, found in the high-pressure injection technology to solve the above problems has a unique advantage in the high-pressure jet drilling drilling industry as a new technology, the application in deep and ultra-deep wells continue to increase, to increase drilling speed and shorten the construction cycle, reduce drilling costs, improve drilling efficiency effect is very obvious. Based on the high-pressure jet drilling technology experimental study, conducted analysis of the mechanism of high-pressure injection site problems, high pressure jet rock breaking theory, hydraulic parameters, the displacement of the pump pressure and other in-depth research, in order to improve the application of high pressure jet drilling technology and optimize it, because the high-pressure jet drilling technology in the drill string failure during the study also found, and through the establishment of the theoretical model and in-depth analysis, especially the analysis of drill seal failure, through the drill string failure analysis we consider that under the conditions of the drill string vibration drilling the drill string is much larger than the amount of erosion not consider drilling the drill string vibration conditions the amount of erosion drillstring while that maximum punch corrosion and erosion angle theory is entirely consistent with the provisions and the maximum angle of the drill string for drilling erosion occurred in the presence or absence of the drill string vibration conditions are the same.
