The operating environment of pressure vessels used in various industries such as chemicals,coal,machinery,etc,the more complex the situation is,the more stringent the operating conditions are.In some special processes,such as the supercritical process,it not only bears the high pressure,but also bears the high temperature and the strong corrosion effect of the medium.With the rapid development of modern nuclear power,petrochemical and other industrial production and the improvement of advanced technology in biology,pharmaceuticals,food and other industries,higher requirements have been put forward for the structure,material selection,manufacturing and cost of high temperature and high pressure corrosion-resistant containers.According to the structure and characteristics of existing high temperature and high pressure corrosion resistant vessels,the structure design,theoretical research,simulation analysis and application development for the process of supercritical water oxidation for a new type of temperature-resistant high-pressure vessel with corrosion-resistant and temperature-resistant metal inner tank and inner heat insulation layer have been proceeded in this paper.The specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,the structural characteristics and existing problems of existing high temperature and high pressure corrosion resistant vessels(such as high temperature and high pressure boilers,supercritical extraction devices and supercritical water oxidation reactors)at home and abroad were compared and analyzed.In view of its complicated structure,high price and difficult disassembly and maintenance,a new type of heat-resistant high-pressure vessel with inner heat insulation layer in thin metal liner and its quick-opening seal design is proposed,which has the advantages of good internal insulation effect,simple structure,easy operation,reliable sealing,and low manufacturing cost.The structural design of a new type of corrosion and temperature resistant high-pressure container and its quick-opening seal,in which the main part of the container is mainly composed of metal liner,heat insulation coating and pressure shell were accomplished in this paper.The cylinder flange and the top cover are connected by the split ring locking bearing force.The sealing ring adopts metal o-ring or c-ring,and flexible sealing disc is adopted at the sealing contact surface.Besides,A separating turntable opening and closing device which can realize fast opening is designed.The structural design has been applied for a number of invention patents.Secondly,referring to the strength calculation and checking method of clamp fastening structure in GB/T150-2011 "Pressure Vessel",the strength design theory of the door cover,lock ring,end flange,outer cylinder body and bottom cover of load-bearing parts in the vessel has completed in this paper.At the same time,the heat transfer calculation of the door cover and the cylinder has been completed.Thirdly,the sealing performance of container sealing elements(C-ring and O-ring)under various working conditions were analysed and calculated by using of software ABAQUS.And then the influence of different operation and structural parameters on the sealing performance of C-ring was analysed,which provides a reference for further structural optimization.At the same time,the structure design,strength calculation and checking of a new type of metal thin inner gallbladder insulating layer type high temperature and pressure vessel with 180 mm inner diameter,650 degrees Celsius design temperature and 35 MPa design pressure were completed.And then,according to JB/T4732-1995,the structure intensity evaluation and fatigue evaluations intensity were accomplished by using FEA software ABAQUS.Finally,the sealing leakage test and quick-opening operation feasibility test of the new type of metal thin inner gallbladder insulating layer type high temperature and pressure vessel were completed.The results show that the structure is reasonable in force,reliable in sealing and convenient in operation,providing a new way of structural design for corrosion resistant high temperature and high pressure vessels which has great industrial application prospect and social benefits.
