Deep-sea oil and gas production has become an inevitable trend,deep-sea oil and gas production equipment is an important carrier of underwater oil and gas production system,usually using the high-pressure simulation vessel which can simulate the deep water environment to complete safety testing of the deep-sea oil and gas production equipment.Most of the existing domestic high-pressure simulation vessel can not meet the requirements of high-pressure and large-diameter openings at the same time,and the locking and opening process of the hatch cover is complicated.The structural safety and sealing problems of a proposed vertical high pressure simulation vessel are systematically studied,whose design pressure is 42MPa and the size of opening diameter is 2500mm,which lays the foundation for further research on higher parameter high pressure vessel.Experiments shows that the designed high-pressure simulation vessel is safe and reliable,and the sealing effect is good.The main research contents are as follows:(1)On the basis of the research of data,the basic parameters,material selection and strength evaluation method are refined according to the proposed high pressure simulation vessel structure scheme.(2)We have carried out the theoretical calculation of the key structure of the hatch cover assembly,the numerical simulation analysis and the structural optimization of the cylinder end by using the flat cover-split ring structure.Combined with some related methodologies and guidelines of the structural strength evaluation of pressure vessel,the results of the numerical analysis of the hatch cover assembly are extracted and compared,The feasibility of the quick opening and locking scheme of the high pressure(design pressure 42MPa)large diameter(effective inner diameter 2500mm)of the pressure vessel is verified by the use of the split ring structure.The quick opening and locking structure of the hatch cover is safe and reliable(3)With the help of theoretical research and numerical simulation analysis,the theoretical calculation of the head and the support are improved and the strength of them are checked.The structure satisfies the requirement.Completed the structural optimization of the support,it can effectively avoid the holing and reinforcement of the skirt,and the problem of lacking the operation space in the bottom of the head was solved.(4)We have studied the seal form,the sealing principle and performance evaluation of the O-ring rubber,the sealing structure and the sealing performance in the hatch cover seal.According to the experiments test,high pressure simulation vessel is stable and reliable,which has good sealing effect.
