This paper mainly studied on 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium diethyl phosphate([Emim]DEP) and 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium acetate([Emim]Ac) two kinds of ionic liquids, first of all, this article explored the two kinds of ionic liquids to dissolve cellulose under normal condition and the condition of ultra sonic assisted. It turns out that, in conventional conditions, the time of [Emim]DEP and [Emim]Ac dissolve cellulose is 10 h and 12 h, and the crystallinity of cellulose are decreased to 65.5% and 70.7%; In the condition that assisted by ultrasonic, the time of [Emim]DEP and [Emim]Ac dissolve cellulose are all 3h, and the crystallinity of cellulose are decreased to 53.6% and 62.3%. By characterization methods of XRD, FT-TR, SEM, we could see that the ability to dissolve cellulose of [Emim]DEP is stronger than that of [Emim]Ac.In order to rule out the possible effect on the degradation process because of the difference of the dissolving process, this article selected the same regenerated cellulose under the condition of ultrasonic assisted after dissolving by [Emim]DEP. Degradated the regenerated cellulose by cellulase and by the method of DNS, this paper explored the influence of the difference of adding dosage of the two ionic liquids(IL) on the process of enzymatic hydrolysis, and summing up the results. It turns out that, In the process of enzymatic hydrolysis, when the dosage of IL is less than 2.0%, IL act as promoter, when it is 0.5%, the promoting effect is the biggest, [Emim]DEP and [Emim]Ac make the enzymatic hydrolysis rate increased by 11.4% and 17.5%. Under the condition that add in 0.5% IL, the results show that the ionic liquids have an obvious promoting effect on β-glucosidase, [Emim]DEP and [Emim]Ac make the enzyme activity increased by 120% and 87%. Ionic liquid make the excessive cellobiose hydrolysis of glucose in a timely manner by improving the enzyme activity of β-glucosidase, ionic liquid relieve the inhibition of cellobiose to exogl ucanase, and make t he adsorpti on catal yti c be an effi ci ent pr ocess, and i mpr ove t he efficiency of enzy mati c hydr ol ysi s pr ocess.
