Cellulose, as a kind of renewable biomass, is widespread, inexpensive, and biodegradable. The energy crisis could be solved by cellulose application. Ionic liquids have unique properties, which can dissolve cellulose perfectly, and not to destroy the activity of the cellulase enzyme. In ionic liquid system with the enzyme solution, ionic liquid can increase the contact point of the cellulose with the enzyme which contribute to the degradation of cellulose. Due to the characteristics of this kind of "green chemistry", the comprehensive utilization of ionic liquids have good prospects.This article synthesize a variety of imidazole ionic liquid. It filter out1-ethyl-3-methyl-imidazol-diethyl phosphate (EMIM-DEP) for the dissolution of cellulose and cellulase activity. EMIM-DEP dissolve cellulose, solubility of8.41%in50℃,12.11%the solubility in ultrasound-assisted.It show dissolve cellulose process Using polarized light microscopy, and using FTIR, XRD, SEM, and TGA characteristic ionic liquids and regenerated cellulose.The structure of regenerated cellulose basically unchanged, and the ionic liquid can be reused. The performance remains substantially unchanged.Under different process conditions, the cellulase degrading ability is different.Three process conditions:The two-step method, after the dissolution of cellulose with ionic liquids EMIM-DEP dissolved regenerative degradation of cellulose, the degradation rate of66.39%. One-step, dissolution of cellulose with ionic liquids EMIM-DEP, take mixture plus cellulase and a buffer solution to be measured, the enzymatic rate of29.99%; One-step, A mixture the EMIM-DEP10%of the buffer solution was added cellulose, cellulase mixing degradation determination of the enzymatic hydrolysis rate of48.27%.Not added ionic liquid enzymatic hydrolysis rate is25.17%.The regeneration of enzymatic hydrolysis was dissolved in ionic liquid ultrasound-assisted dissolution is59.14%. The EMIM-DEP pretreatment regenerated cellulose degradation rate improved significantly. It is2.4times higher rate than not add the EMIM-DEP conditions, the ultrasound-assisted pretreatment regenerated to2.6times. After directly dissolved completely, the rate of cellulose degradation is not added the EMIM-DEP1.4times, but directly mixture the cellulase and EMIM-DEP, the cellulose degradation of the enzyme rate was0.9times.
