Canned yellow peach belongs to one of products in peach processing, which is deeply loved by the masses of people for the delicious tasting and convenient consumption. Yellow peach disc stoning machine is used in canned yellow peach process.The function of the machine is to break the yellow peach flap and nuclear off. Currently the development of yellow peach broken disc stoning machine in our country is relatively backward, and there are so many obvious drawbacks, for example low efficient of tool broken flap and stoning, low success rate, shorter service life of key parts, such as shortcomings. This dissertation aims to analyze a new type of peach of domestic automatic break disc stoning integrative machine, and some deficiencies of the machine was improved.In the process of breaking the yellow peach flap and nuclear, working procedures includ peach feeding, peach straightening, flap and nuclear breaking and flap and nuclear separating. New automatic peach rupture disc stoning all-in-one consists of four parts: peach feed conveying mechanism, mechanism, straighten broken disc dig producing mechanism and nuclear device. Feed conveying mechanism is to transport the peach each tray, Straighten institutions aims to straighten up peach to unified position, Rupture disc dig nuclear agency aims to dig peach rupture disc and nuclear,which is the most important part of the machine; Discharge transportation agency aims to separate peach disc and peach pit classified collection.Main content of this article includes,the peach to automatic broken stoning machine 3D modeling, the kinematics analysis of the transmission system of the stress analysis of key parts, transmission mechanism, the key parts and optimization analysis of institutions are studied. The first part is for peaches to automatic broken stoning machine overall scheme of 3 d modeling and its transmission mechanism analysis, the first is to field surveying and mapping and 3 d modeling, and then the machine process, design features of the agencies and transmission scheme are analyzed.
