Now, gatifloxacin and marbofloxacin are used for veterinary drugs in fluoroquinolones, they can reach the human body through food chain. The harm of fluoroquinolone drugs residue is very serious. The use of antibiotics is more widely, its pollution to the environment and food is becoming more serious. So the research the effective separation, enrichment and detection method of the drug has very important practical significance. In this paper, sol-gel technology was used for the preparation of gatifloxacin and marbofloxacin molecularly imprinted polymers(MIP). And a series of experiments were taken for studying the binding ability of MIP. The MIP are use as solid phase extraction(SPE) technology, their application in the actual samples are investigated. The main research contents:A new molecularly imprinted organic-inorganic hybrid polymer was prepared by sol-gel process using GTFX as the template molecular. The chemical structure, surface morphology and thermal stability of polymers were characterized, and the adsorption property of MIP was studied. The results showed that MIP has specific adsorption property for GTFX. The MIP as solid phase extraction(SPE) material was filled in solid phase extraction column. The GTFX in milk samples was tested with Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography(UPLC) after optimization of solid-phase extraction conditions. A molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction(MISPE) method was established for separation and enrichment of GTFX in milk. The results showed the recovery and enrichment factor of MISPE was 79.87 % and 38, which was great than commercial C18 column.A new molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP) was prepared by sol-gel process, using marbofloxacin(MBFX) as the template molecule. The chemical structure, surface morphology of polymers were characterized, and the adsorption property of MIP was studied. The results showed that MIP has specific adsorption property for MBFX. The MIP as solid phase extraction(SPE) material was filled in solid phase extraction column. The MBFX in egg samples was tested with UPLC after optimization of solid-phase extraction conditions. A molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction(MISPE) method was established for separation and enrichment of MBFX in egg. The results showed the recovery of MISPE were 85.30%. The method is rapid, accurate and high sensitivity, and it can be applied to detection of marbofloxacin in the egg.
