Firstly This paper summarizes the optimization of ventilation system content and method,advances in the regulation of network optimization.reviews the developing history of ventilation calculation analysis software,summarizes the installation form of previous studies of the air curtain technology and the calculation method of effective pressure.Investigate and determinate the mine ventilation system on above 610m middle segment of underground,Hedong of Mao Ping mine,analyzes the existing problems of ventilation system,including insufficient ventilation power,lack of ventilation control structures,difficulty in wind coming into the ramp in the mining area and so on.Propose the design scheme of the system reform of ventilation by combining the three machine pressure pumping station,add three second level of fan stations in the proper position, at the ventilation well,in the middle of 825m, 760m,670m.Install the first level of fan station in the 2# air inlet of inclined shaft,the fan stations in the Huajiaoyuan and Zhiyin are used as the third level of extraction fan station.Set the wind window in the appropriate location of some middle airflow distributor,plan air route again, use the air curtain jet technology to strengthen the ventilation in the three mining area of ramp the middle part of 814m-670m.Install the measures about spray air purification in 1 or 2# inclined shaft.Use excel to establish the ventilation network data table, use M language to write solution procedures, and use a simple ventilation network to have a solution verification.Divide the existing network of mine ventilation system into node,calculate and solve the branch resistance. To have a simulation of solution on the transformation of design programme,it shows that if the selected simulation parameters are accurate, then the capacity of the second level of fan stations using three fan stations is too large, the question of the number of the second level of fan stations is still needed to be proved with more accurate roadway parameters and reconciliation results.The simulation results on the transformation of design programme prove that when the air delivery duct and air delivery shaft at the Huajiaoyuan are repaired,the effective negative pressure range of the third level of fan stations becomes larger, a second level of fan stations can meet the requirements.We should lower the ability of wind machine at the mining pits of Zhi Yin,the utilization rate of air flow will be effectively improved to achieve the energy-saving effect.Regulation of the air flow between multiple sections, based on the accurate calculation, add the air windows to adjust, thereby achieving the purpose of equilibrium distribution.Because the selection of parameters of the ventilation network is not accurate enough, the transformation of ventilation system in Mao Ping mine needs further detailed study.
