As an important subsystem of mine production system, mine ventilation system not only restricts but also services mine production system, it’s the basic of the prevention and elimination of the disaster, and it also influences the mine normal production and economic benefit. Mine ventilation system is a dynamic system that changes constantly,the change of working face, level extension, the adjustment of shaft and drift, or even mine fire hazard, climate change all can influence ventilation system. In order to let mine ventilation system service the production better, it’s necessary to optimize and adjust the mine ventilation system in time.This paper took Zhengzhou mine industry(Group) Co. Ltd Micun mine as the example, according to the fact of scrapping of Micun mine Zhangwan air shaft scrapping, measured the ventilation resistance and the fan performance of Micun mine,and then grasp the ventilation technology parameters, took those parameters as basic,operated the ventilation network solution and analysis by using the VNT1.0 produced by Henan Polytechnic University, and also provided optimization scheme about some problems, such as the main fan performance is bigger, mine inner air leak is serious,effective air quantity rate is lower, 210031 working face air disorder, the air velocity of some roadways is bigger than the authorized velocity. And through operating the ventilation network solution on the optimization scheme, proved that the selected scheme can solve the problem existed in the mine successfully, and the fan air quantity drops to 110.49 m3/s from 121.26m3/s, the mine total ventilation resistance drops2432.01 Pa from 2984.53 Pa, and reduce the fan power dissipation, can guarantee the operation of the mine ventilation system in a safety and economic state.
