With the rapid development of science and technology and economy, the exploitation of mineral resources and utilization efficiency problem has already become the major problems to be solved in the process of national development. Although our country has made great progress in mineral smelting technology, but with the world advanced level there is still a certain gap. However, the industrial modernization requires not only product capacity, quality to meet the requirements, but also in energy saving, environmental protection and other aspects of higher demand. Modern industrial processes controlled objects tend to have strong coupling, nonlinearity, uncertainty, time-varying, large time delay characteristics. In this paper, the development of electric heating before bed temperature control technology at home and abroad to do the relevant research, and combining the huize a smelting smelting process requirement, put forward the targeted design and advanced control method and application, so as to realize the intensive utilization of mineral resources.This paper mainly introduces the electric heating fore smelting process, from the overall analysis of the smelting in different stages of the demand of automatic control, and automatic temperature control system of electric heating fore designed. Electric heating before bed, which make use of electrode current resulted from the working principle of heating temperature to meet the process requirements. Temperature control with nonlinear, uncertain, and the characteristics of time-varying, large time delay, so that conventional control methods will not be able to meet the control requirements. Based on the traditional PID algorithm is combined with fuzzy control theory, and designs a fuzzy adaptive PID controller for temperature regulation. In electric heating fore furnace temperature determination of the value of the difference between the value of e and the change of temperature deviation rate of ec as a controller parameter setting and, through the fuzzy tuning after proportion, integral, differential as the output of the controller. And the Simulink simulation are analyzed. Experiments show that the fuzzy PID control is a good solution to the adaptive temperature.System for the upper monitoring system can not meet the complex operation, put forward by the Matlab as the backstage operation tool. The operation data in the OPC communication methods and WINCC for data exchange. This satisfies the real-time online control and has friendly man-machine exchange interface, and also can achieve the purpose of temperature adaptive.This thesis is based on the electric a factory before bed temperature control as the research background, in order to realize the temperature adaptability in different stages of smelting, designed the fuzzy PID controller, so that the factory in the smelting process reduces the power consumption, and the realization of the environment protection smelting, application value because of the fuzzy PID controller has the actual in the temperature control.
