Application Of Occupational Health And Safety Management System Performance In Underground Metal Mines

Occupational health and safety management system ("OHSMS") is a modern safety management mode in twentieth Century 80 time later period in the international rise, because of it’s advanced by all walks of life, different areas, different enterprise wide application, according to it’s application, operation and sustainable effects, directly related to the business professional health and safety factor, therefore, the research of occupational health and safety management system is very necessary. On the analysis of the GB/T 28001-2011 standard, set up the performance indicators system of occupational health and safety management system. Firstly, according to the application of analytic hierarchy process to determine the subjective weights,secondly according to the entropy method to calculate the objective weights,and finally according to the application of the multiplicative integration method combined the objective weights and the objective weights to calculate the portfolio weights, which can be considered as a final weight. According to fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,construct the performance evaluation model of occupational health and safety management system,and get the final level of performance evaluation,then complete the performance evaluation of occupational health and safety management system. Applied to the underground metal mines based on the results of the study of the performance evaluation of occupational health and safety management system, according to the practice achievements, summarizes the corresponding experience, on the basis of the analysis of existing problems should be solved and consider method, at the same time determine the road in the future.The method of the performance evaluation of occupational health and safety management system has certain applicability range. Underground metal mines can use the index system and evaluation model of this text.According to the internal performance evaluation,make clear the status of occupational health and safety management system performance,identifying nonconformities and potential nonconformities,to take corresponding measures, providing safeguards for the occupational safety and health management performance.Because of the research itself has the complexity and the author’s knowledge limited,the occupation health safety management system assessment also need further research and discussion,and actively explore the more scientific and strictly evaluation theory of the performance of occupation health and safety management system.
