Construction Of Occupational Health And Safety Management System In Hong Yi Coal Mine

Since the last century,the world's productivity level has been constantly improving,the global economy has shown a rapid development trend,while creating more material wealth has also brought more serious occupational health and safety problems,which seriously threatens the health and safety of workers,but also damages the benefits and image of enterprises.How to effectively deal with occupational health and safety problems,and reduce or eliminate occupational health and safety hazards has become a global problem.With the improvement of living standards,occupational health has become a hot issue of social concern.People put forward higher requirements for the working environment and occupational safety.Therefore,it is very important to meet people's needs for health and safety,and to establish a perfect occupational health and safety system.The establishment of a sound occupational health and safety system by the state and enterprises can greatly improve the working environment and conditions of workers,and improve labor productivity.It can also remove barriers and obstacles for enterprises to enter the international market and enhance international competitiveness.Based on the development status and basic theoretical research of occupational health and safety management system at home and abroad,this paper selects Hongyi Coal Mine as the research object.Through data research and on-site interviews,the existing problems in occupational health and safety management was found out and it is found that the occupational health and safety management system of Hongyi Coal Mine is imperfect.The demand for occupational health and safety management system in Hong Yi coal mine was analyzed.According to the comprehensive evaluation of its production demand,humanistic management demand and systematic demand,it is concluded that Hongyi Coal Mine urgently needs to establish occupational health management system with its own characteristics.Combining with the actual situation of Hongyi Coal Mine,this paper identifies and classifies the risks existing in the present coal mine,and applies the accident-causing theory to predict and analyze the production accidents,which provides theoretical guidance for accident prevention and prediction.According to the main injury factors of occupational health in Hongyi Coal Mine and the contents of safety management and occupational health security,the framework and construction scheme of occupational health and safety management system in Hongyi Coal Mine with industry characteristics are analyzed and designed step by step to solve the occupational health and safety problems in coal production.Meanwhile,according to the characteristics of adult staff training in enterprises,the specific implementation content and safeguard measures of occupational health and safety management system are given.It has a great effect on the sustainable development of Hongyi Coal Mine and it provides a reference for the coal mine industry to manage occupational health and safety issues.
