Research On Industrial Solid Waste Management In Shanghai

Industrial solid waste is product of industrial production. The unreasonable means of industrial solid waste will cause serious environmental hazards. There is an important significance to industrial solid waste management if we can select the appropriate treatment. Shanghai is an important economic developed, the industrial solid waste presenting a characteristic of "huge amount, rapid growth, complex ingredient and resource utilization rate is low". It will bring a lot of problems for us to prevent and control the industrial solid pollution.This paper chooses "desulfurization gypsum, fly ash and slag, gangue and other industrial solid waste" to find out the Shanghai industrial solid waste "source, flow, the quantity".To summarize the foreign advanced industrial solid waste development, It was found that foreign developed countries dispose the industrial solid waste mainly taking the waste head end control as a starting point, vigorously carry out clean production, to achieve source reduction. To take the entire process monitoring and management to the industrial waste, especially hazardous waste by means of permit, waste manifest and charges. And to construct the industrial waste management system framework by improving the local laws and regulations and increasing the environmental awareness of security.Through knowing the basic situation of Shanghai industrial solid waste, combining to the relevant research of the industrial solid waste management, we found that the management of industrial solid waste need through the perfect legal laws and regulations, standard system and the system innovation, and through the whole process pollution prevention and control of the key enterprise to achieve the cleaning production and the development of the industrial solid waste management from the management in the end to the whole process management, and disperse disposition to intensive disposition.
