Now the school-age children is in a state of volt case study for a long time, position is not correct; Parents lack of supervision and guidance of children sitting, let them develop poor posture habits. In order to solve the problem of school-age children sitting position is not correct, the current domestic posture correction products are only stay in the traditional product design concept, there is a poor product experience, corrective process visualization and unable to real-time monitoring children and other issues.In order to be able to better and more effectively correct children sitting position, this paper try to school-age children intelligence cushion system design research and practice. Focuses on analysis of characteristics of school-age children’s health and their behavior, and refer to the related cognitive principle of child psychology, summarizes the school-age children behavior effects on product design. The body pressure distribution measurement technology and its application is studied, and the sitting posture and pressure. Through experiment method, the summary of the method of observation and questionnaire research, the author try to safer and more convenient way to solve the problem of poor children sitting. This article advocates for health, fun, intelligent design concept, Pay attention to children’s intelligence cushion product design inclusive, Emphasis on children’s intelligence cushion product interface friendly, Intelligent cushion products and highlight children sharing information visualization system for the research of system design. The hope to promote children’s posture correction in the field of product development to provide the reference.
