Open-pit bench deep hole blasting has been widely used in mining, railway, highway, water conservancy and hydropower engineering. The blasting effect not only is a direct reflection of the blasting operation level, but also an influential factor of the mining cost. Based on theoretical analysis as well as combined with experimental data and the unique geological environment conditions in Da Gushan iron mine, this thesis introduces a reasonable method that blasting effect is assessed. The evaluation indicators include: the number of towards blasting, slungshot distance, forward rush, the size of the vibration, the explosive unit consumption, after rush, root rate and the distribution of ore block degrees. This method can make a quantitative analysis on mining blasting effect quickly and reasonably, providing a reasonable improvement basis for the next step. The main contents and conclusive achievements in this article are as follows:(1)First of all, the thesis illustrates the present situation of the iron mining industry development in our country, and describes the blasting area geological environment and the mining blasting holes design approach in Da Gushan iron mine.(2)Secondly, a number of blasting parameters is acquired by using high-speed camera and blasting vibration instrument, which include the number of towards blasting, slungshot distance, forward rush, the size of the vibration in blasting experiments that carried out in the Da Gushan iron mine.(3)Then, with domestic and foreign related articles, this paper sets out application status of evaluation method concerning the rock blasting fragmentation distribution at present. And further points out that two main current evaluation methods are direct testing method and the indirect testing method, of which advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. At the same time, in view of the advantages of two methods, it puts forward a rapid and reasonable evaluation method of ore fragmentation distributionā”vertical photography standard evaluation method. Through the specific and practical operation of An Shan Iron and Steel Mining Group concentrating mill,thus its feasibility is verified.(4)Finally, the thesis gives an allocation of weight on following data,such as the number of towards blasting, slungshot distance, forward rush, the size of the vibration, the distribution of ore block degrees, the explosive unit consumption, after rush, root rate by using the analytic hierarchy process. Then calculates the mine blasting effect final score value of M under the principle of mining expert group graded rate. Thereby a simple and logical assessment-general is provided for blasting effect evaluation of the Da Gushan iron mine, which is beneficial to the succeeding blasting produce.
