As the core parts of the continuous caster, crystallizer is referred to as the "heart" of continuous casting equipment. The crystallizer vibration is a basic feature of continuous casting technology. So development and research on the crystallizer vibration device can effectively improve the quality of continuous casting.Existing continuous casting mold oscillation system all belong to contact vibration device, as a result of the existence of external uncertainties, easy to cause the movement is not smooth, cause the vibration waveform on the basis of a certain deviation, as a result, this paper puts forward the design idea of continuous casting crystallizer non-contact vibration, electromagnetic material selection and design of electromagnetic vibration device using the electromagnetic theory, the advantage of the characteristics of the device is in contact with the fixed frame, fundamentally avoids the interference of external uncertain factors, to ensure that the vibration waveform stability, in order to further improve the quality of casting billet.In this study, the laboratory existing device in the mould as the paper the research object, by using the theory of electromagnetism and empirical formula for preliminary design of non-contact vibration device, determine its basic theoretical parameters, according to the initial results, to design the vibrating device. In simulation software ANSYS/ Multiphysics module non-contact vibration device, 2 d electromagnetic field simulation model in the case of the other structure parameters unchanged, the change of key structural parameters of the vibration device respectively: coil height, the thickness of the armature, inner pole radius, outer poles inside diameter, outside diameter, the length of the armature and coil ampere turn,each of these parameters on the electromagnetic force is analyzed, the influence of the magnetic induction intensity and magnetic line of force distribution, through the analysis, get reasonable structural parameters. Redesigned vibration device according to the structure parameters, and re-established in the ANSYS/ Multiphysics module unit 2d electromagnetic field simulation model, comparing with the original model.According to the installation in the crystallizer vibration device of the Numbers on each side hanging ears, vibration system can be divided into single desktop, double desktop, desktop machines, such as and by increasing the vibration device of the Numbers to increase vibration force, to adapt to the industrial production requirements.By simulation show that the design of non-contact vibration device performance is good, exciting force is large, and small size of design, accord with energyconservation and environmental protection design concept in modern industrial production, for the new type crystallizer vibration device provide valuable reference for engineering applications.
