Honghai fine chemical base’s t in Huizhou, the every enterprise sewage treatment plant of base sewage discharged daily, its treatment rate and depth of treatment can not meet water quality indicators in planning the EIA approval requirements, so an urgent need to build a more advanced technology to improve sewage treatment plant sewage treatment to unify the base of each enterprise emissions. Recent construction scale sewage treatment plant:20000m3/d.Through the base within the sewage water analysis, its water quality indicators:COD<1000 mg/L, BOD5≤500mg/L, SS≤40mg/L, NH4+-N<20 mg/L, TN≤30mg/L, TP<5 mg/L, and the complex composition of organic matter in sewage, poorly biodegradable; according to water quality indicators in planning the EIA approval requirements’:COD≤30 mg/L, BOD5≤6 mg/L, SS≤10 mg/L, NH4+-N≤5 mg/L, TN≤15 mg/L, TP<0.5 mg/L, other indexes is implementing the level 1-B of "urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard"(GB 18918-2002).From out of the water quality indicators can be seen removal of the pollutant index higher. Now the project anaerobic pretreatment system and better determine treatment system processes, to secondary biological treatment units, advanced oxidation scheme and depth compared to determine the biological treatment unit. To choose one way:" A/O+Fenton oxidation+Flow split" craft and other one:"Modified oxidation ditch+ozone oxidation+Biological aerated filter". The base combined with water to dissolve like biodegradable high COD and total nitrogen concentration characteristics, recommended A/O; another view of the complexity of the project of sewage water quality and water fluctuations, "two lever of Fenton advanced oxidation" technology shock load strength, it will have a good water quality, and it’s easy to Convenient operation and management. So we will choose the engineering solutions one, it’s fully meet the requirements for sewage treatment.
