Plastic is now covered all aspects of people’s life, as the main equipment of molding plastic products, injection molding machine also gradually gets the attention of people. With high efficiency, energy saving, precise advantages, all-electric injection molding machine is the focus of attention. In this paper, the transmission system of ultra-high-speed all-electric injection molding machine and products were studied, and the main contents are as follows:1. It was analyzed for all-electric injection molding machine injection drive transmission system. Having been researched mechanics and kinematics analysis of conventional type, dual-motor-driven and direct-drive type, these three devices were designed. By comparison, the response time of three injection devices decreased gradually, and the response performance gradually improved. On this basis, we propose a dual direct drive injection device and the design. It was found that dual direct drive injection device had the best performance in response to the four injection devices, and response performance improved 16.23%.It was provided a guideline in the results of low inertia quantify design of the injection system.2. Optimization design of pre-plastic seat in dual direct-drive type. It was made the static analysis of dual direct drive pre-plastic seats, and its topology optimization. According optimal results, pre-molded dual-seat direct drive design has been optimized,and the weight of the optimized pre-plastic seat was reduced by 17.1%. The results of the study provide the help for the lightweight design of the injection device.3. Experimental study on high speed injection molding. Through orthogonal experiment, it was obtained the relationship between the repeat precision of weight of the light guide plate with high injection molding technology. On this basis, it was obtained the optimum process of light guide plate. Through the experiment of high speed injection, research on the influence of the mechanical properties and the injection rate of PP/glass fiber material. The study found that increasing the injection speed can improve the mechanical properties of PP/glass fiber material. The research results provide a reference value for the high speed injection molding thin wall and modified materials.
