Establishment Of A Network Shared Platform For Microbiology Predictive Model Of Meat Products

Predictive food microbiology is a research fields as varying combinations of microbiology, mathematics and statistics.A predictive model was designed for the growth and spread of microbiology in specified conditions through establishing a mathematical model of the growth and death for microbiology in different environmental conditions.Based on all kinds of food microorganism in different processing, storage and distribution characteristics under the condition of information database, supporting software by computer, without microbiological testing analysis, judge the main pathogenic bacteria in food or corruption microbial death and survival and proliferation of dynamic change, make a rapid assessment of the prediction method of food safety.In this research, the problem in this model was found by analyzing the meat microbiology prediction model,in order to complete the sharing service platform for all kinds of the mircrobial prediction model’s storage,retrieval and application.Models description: 1.Basic information of model included name, amount of growth, growth unit, minimum value, maximum value, the initial value, the default value, time, temperature and so on. 2. The template of the prediction model displayed the graph of model.Prediction model based on the physical information of each model,,setted up the corresponding prediction model data and shown on the website in the form of insert.3. keyword searching.Users can search by keyword or category to locate to the model list.4. Viewing of model data.Users can preview the details of model online, including the paper sourece,authorand experimental operation methods.A application System of meat microorganism forecast model was builted in this research.This system based on the differences of basic situations between China and abroad to built a platform which was similar to the practical condition of Chinese meat microorganisms,in order to provide a resource sharing platform for the Chinese meat microbial risk assessment.It also can provide an online sharing platform of discussion and interaction for researchers.
