Dynamic Simulation Of The Acidic Water Stripping

In this paper, according to the actual requirements of the factory, completed the simulation of the acidic water stripping and developed the acidic water stripping simulation soft. The main parts of the simulation soft are desulfurization tower unit, deamination tower unit and ammonia refining unit. Unit module mathematical model and basic physical calculated model are founded in this paper, with the appropriate numerical calculation method, the acidic water stripping soft has been developed finally.This paper focuses on the acidic water stripping distillation mechanism and model of equipment, By choosing the appropriate model of rectification, and reasonable hypothesis and select the appropriate calculation method, get all the parameters needed finally. Simulation value and the designed value are compared to verify the reliability of the simulation results.The software has good dynamic behavior and reflects the basic principles of acidic water stripping process, it has been applied in the simulation of the technical process of some company to operation training. From the practical effect, the software has certain significance in the process optimization, the training time is greatly reduced, huge economic benefits has been brought to the enterprise.
