The thesis is based on the application of Polycarbonate project to research the pressure transmitter using in high pressure and temperature environment, the level measurement in untouchable reactors, and using the close circle control method and cross check method to standardize, criterion the instrument engi-neering system to ensure the whole system more safe and effective.
